Concept of Warranty
Every company that manufactures a product also provides product repair services for a limited time. The idea behind offering this service is to protect against any kind of flaw that might develop as a result of manufacture.
Any electrical, electronic, etc. goods comes with a warranty card, as you may know. There are also clearly defined special circumstances where the problem results from an external cause rather than bad manufacturing.
Warranty Validation
- The warranty timeframe (time during which the warranty is valid) will be indicated on the warranty sheet.
- The warranty validation will take effect from the date of purchase, which must be noted on the warranty sheet and confirmed by a tax invoice or receipt for the purchase of the product, attached to the warranty certificate.
- The product will be called out of warranty validity if the points described in the warranty sheet have not been respected, or if the documentation certifying the product warranty is not fully presented.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Every manufactured product comes with a warranty sheet, which clearly specifies the exceptional cases where the defect is due to external causes and not due to poor manufacturing.
- The Warranty Card is issued at Neptun’s retail and wholesale network or authorized resellers.
- The sheet includes the address where the service is provided.
- The Warranty Sheet describes the main points in which the product falls outside the warranty regime according to the contract.
- It will always be accompanied by the bill of sale of the product.
- The Warranty Sheet gives the duration of the product’s warranty.
- The Warranty Sheet must not have corrections and modifications. If it is identified as such, it will be considered invalid.
