  • Where is Elektro-Servis Located?
    Elektro-Servisis located at Shkëlqim Fusha street, near botanical Garden.
  • Where can I find the Service Order No and the Serial No?
    You receive a registration ticket with your product's details the moment you register your product with Elektro-Servis. The Service Order number is located at the top of this ticket. The serial number of the product is also included in the information about your product. You may check your repair status using both of these pieces of information.
  • Which brands is Elektro-Servis accredited to repair?
    Elektro-Servis is authorized for many brands. You can see the full list of authorized brands here.
  • How can I find out how far along the repair is?

  • How much does it cost to fix my TV?
    If you send us an email or give us a call and let us know the TV's brand, model, and problem, we can typically give you an idea of how much it will cost to fix it. Once the TV is in our care and our technicians have determined the source of the issue, we'll get in touch with you to provide an exact price for fixing your TV.
  • Do you repair any brand/type of TV?
    We specialize in Sony, Samsung, Panasonic and Pioneer but we carry spares for all of the popular brands including Toshiba TV Repairs, Hitachi TV Repairs, Philips TV Repairs, LGTV Repairs Tevion TV Repairs, Silvercrest TV Repairs, Nordmende TV Repairs, Walker TV Repairs, Cello TV Repairs Hisense TV Repairs and many more.
  • Why does it take so long to get replacement pieces?
    Sometimes we have to wait for spare parts because they are unavailable from the factory or the manufacturer. In some cases, parts may be permanently unavailable for your model, even though it does not seem that old.
  • Can you deliver & install my fixed TV?
    Yes, we are happy to do so!
  • How long will it take to fix my TV?
    This all depends on TV’s problem. Some TV repairs can be fixed within 48 hours whereas others may take 5 to 10 business days, if we have to wait for ordered pieces. We can give you an estimate of timescale within 48 hours of your TV arriving at our TV repair depot.

  • Will I lose any data from my mobile phone?
    We try to keep all the data, only if it is necessary to remove any part during the repair. These repairs usually involve software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important, please let us know in advance when you send your mobile phone.
  • How long will I have to be without my mobile phone while it’s being repaired?
    Most repairs are carried out within 2-3 working days. Some high level repairs such as liquid damage can take longer. We take great pride in our quick response times. However, there are times when delays can happen because of the high volume of repairs or the availability of parts.
  • What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
    We only use 100% original and authorized pieces.
  • How is my private data handled? Will my data be passed on to someone else?
    Mobile repair at Elektro-Servis respects the privacy of its customers. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.
  • How can I find out if my phone is liquid/water damaged?
    There are humidity indicators on most mobile phones or in their batteries. They change their color from 'white' to 'pink' or even 'red' depending on the damage.
  • What should I do if my phone is damaged by water/liquids?
    Immediately remove the battery and send the phone to us. Resist the urge to put the battery back in or plug in the charger to the phone to see if it works. The sooner you bring your phone to us, the more likely we are to repair it while keeping your data safe. Caution: Do NOT put the battery back in the phone or plug it into the charger.

    You probably have a problem with your defrost system. Send the refrigerator to our premises or contact us and within 24 hours we will send a technician to your home.

    It sounds like you have a problem with the cooling control (thermostat). Send the refrigerator to our premises or contact us and within 24 hours we will send a technician to your home.
  • My washing machine does not spin.
    This looks like a water pump problem. Send your refrigerator to our offices or contact us and within 24 hours we will send a technician to your home.
